Step Eight: Transitions

Transitions are entertaining to the audience and helpful to you as the speaker! The best way to set up transitions is to click on the icon on the bottom left area of your screen that has four squares. This brings you to the slide-sorter view.

We can apply transitions to one slide or to all. To highlight all slides do either of the following:

• Clicking on “edit” on the top toolbar then “select all”.
• Click on each slide while holding down the shift key.
